Important Information:

• Operating hours for the hospitals & medical centers

The hospitals are operating 24/7 offering emergency care to patients across Dubai and Sharjah. Most of our medical centers are operating from 9am to 9pm (Saturday – Thursday). Some facilities have Friday clinics in some specialties – MedCare Hospital Sharjah, MedCare Hospital Al Safa and MedCare Medical Centre Motor City.

• Visiting hours for inpatient

Generally from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Children must be under adult supervision at all times 

• Valet parking available

To ensure convenience for patients and visitors, they provide valet parking services at all of hospitals. With the exception of Fridays, individuals can drop off their vehicles at the main entrance upon arrival. When leaving the hospital, their cars will be brought to the main entrance driveway, minimizing the time spent searching for parking spaces.

• Patients Rooms

MedCare offers three categories of rooms for patients – private rooms, deluxe rooms, VIP suites – to suit their preferences and budgets. All rooms maintain the highest standard of quality and hygiene, and are designed for a perfect accommodation.

Patients will find in their room visitor’s couch/bed, Wi-Fi, television, and essential toiletry kit.

• Dining Options:

They serve breakfast and lunch between 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. The cafeteria offers F&B lunch services in all hospitals. Vending areas are also available in some hospitals.
