For solid tumors, where response is measured primarily through disease control, Bioocus reports disease control rates (DCR) of 88.2% in neuroblastoma, 86.7% in gastric cancer, and 85.7% in liver cancer.

Illustrative case: B-ALL. A 16-year-old male with acute lymphoblastic leukemia underwent CD19/22 CAR-T cell therapy following initial chemotherapy. After an incomplete CAR-T response, he received haploidentical allogeneic stem cell transplantation from his father; bone marrow assessment confirmed complete remission with minimal residual disease negative (MRD-) status, sustained at follow-up.

Illustrative case: Multiple myeloma. A 70-year-old male patient from Egypt with refractory multiple myeloma and extensive skeletal involvement (PET/CT maximum SUV of 17.9) received BCMA-targeted CAR-T therapy. A follow-up PET/CT roughly two months later showed maximum SUV reduced to 5.16, with the patient reporting resolution of bone pain and a return to normal daily activity.
